How does your mobile espresso trailer work?

We offer a mobile customizable espresso bar, frappes and smoothies for your event. You provide us your event details and we'll create the perfect menu for you. Our process is convenient, accessible and made exclusively for you.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the size of your event, the location and the customizable drink package you choose. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please contact us for more information. We're sure we can create a menu that you'll be proud of.

What is the process for booking an event?

Complete our inquiry form with as many details as possible and we will respond to you typically within 24 to 48 hours.

What type of events do you do?

We're available for weddings, private parties, networking events, community events, pop-ups, corporate events, baby showers & more!

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you know the date of your event! We recommend at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance but can also accommodate last minute events if we're able.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50 percent deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.

Is there a minimum drink requirement?

Yes. We do require a 30 drink minimum for private events.

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within 20 miles of Greeley, Colorado, is free. Anything outside of a 20 mile radius will be charged at $1.50 per each additional mile.

Do you require electricity at the event?

Nearby plugs in are helpful but we also have a generator available to power our trailer and equipment.

Can we create a custom menu for our event?

Yes! We would love to help you curate a special drink list the matches either your theme or the season.

Can you accommodate individuals paying for their own drinks?

Yes, we can offer self-pay as an option where the guests pay for their individual drinks. If the minimum drink requirement isn't met, the host will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.
